New Video for 'Bring You Here' And southern adventures for ed bahonie

For the new video for 'Bring You Here' coming out this wednesday, Ed is taking on the role of an urban apostle. The song is about the bridging of distances - to loved ones, to strangers. Bahonie ponders the possibilities – what should he say, and what should he leave out? For the accompanying video Ed Bahonie renewed his collaboration with artist Victor Engbers and involved animator Nils Mühlenbruch. The outcome is a rather hallucinatory image – Ed truly becomes an urban apostle. The release of “Bring You Here” marks the start of a period of southern explorations. The subject of bridging distance becomes very tangible as Bahonie moves to live in a tiny village in the land that brought forth Italo Disco. There he will write new material – some of it in languages previously unsung by Ed Bahonie. Meanwhile a next release - featuring a group of talented young dancers from Barcelona and directed by Iris Jacobs - is already in preparation

In spring 2019 we recorded the beautiful video for Mogul. It was so exciting to Work together with my very talented friends Eefje, Victor, Jonas, Tiberiu, Tessel and Borre. we made the ed universe come to life!

What a fantastic party it was april 19th in sexyland!! Thank you all for coming out! This will be a multi sensory event, co-produced by Victor shadow and sugar belly.

To warm up for april 19th Ed is proud and happy to open up for the Woezels on april 4th in cinetol. Listen to their great existential track Zijn spullen plekken tijd. 

ed will play a nice and tiny show in the smallest theatre of Amsterdam next Wednesday 6th, come by! Also two very fun shows and An EP release are due start of april. Stay tuned.

really nice shows will be back in amsterdam next weekend to play two special shows at NDSM warf. Friday ed will play a special show at sexyland. Famous venue for the unexpected, together with his friend, photographer and national treasure Jan Dirk van der Burg. For this festive performance ed will be sided by showpony's. Then a day later ed will perform an especially hot set as part of the Museumnacht program, also on NDSM warf.

Some nice shows in and around amsterdam passed, a very nice one still coming up this saturday at Lentekabinet Festival in the twiske. Very nice all, the twiske being sort of where ed grew up.

Ed's first single 'Too many words' was just released and can now be listened to on spotify and youtube, with a lovely video made by the talented emma and fuji.
